Yes, it has finally happened (although we certainly didn't have to wait long). Three different systems are available: XPS 410n and Dimension E520n desktops and Inspiron E1505n notebook. Few interesting details:
- Ubuntu offerings are a little less expensive than Vista systems. I was affraid it's not going to be the case because of all the sponsored crapware that comes pre-installed with Windows. Nat Tuck tried to find a as similar as possible configurations and compared their prices.
- Hardware is supported by Dell. You can also buy 3 kinds of software support (30-day Get Started, One-year Basic and One-year Standard), which is handled by Canonical.
